The vast majority of audio feeds on Broadcastify.com are provided and maintained by independent volunteers, each operating their own computer and scanner radio equipment.
When a feed is listed as offline, it means that Broadcastify is not currently receiving audio from the volunteer who operates that feed. This can occur for several reasons, including local computer, network, or equipment issues on the provider’s end.
Please note that Broadcastify does not control or manage the technical operation of individual feeds. Because these streams are hosted by volunteers, the responsibility for restoring service lies with the feed provider.
To help ensure timely recovery, Broadcastify automatically notifies providers when their feed goes offline:
-
After 15 minutes of downtime
-
Again after 6 hours, 24 hours, 7 days, and 14 days
If a feed remains offline for 21 days, it is automatically removed from the Broadcastify system.
We appreciate your understanding and patience as our volunteer providers work to restore offline feeds as quickly as possible.
